Processing Time: All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Our team operates from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Pacific Time (PT), excluding public holidays.

Order Cut-Off Time: Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (PT) from Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this time, or on a weekend or holiday, will begin processing on the next business day.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping Rates: We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $9.99 for all orders shipped within the United States.

Handling Charges: There are no additional handling charges. The shipping rate is all-inclusive.

Shipping Carriers: We partner with trusted carriers including FedEx to ensure your package arrives safely. We select the most suitable carrier based on your location.

Estimated Shipping Time: Once your order has been processed and shipped, please allow an estimated 7 to 10 business days for delivery.

Holiday Shipping Notice: Please note, during peak holiday seasons (e.g., Christmas, New Year’s), processing and shipping times may be longer than estimated due to high order volumes and carrier delays. We will provide specific announcements if significant delays are expected.
Total Delivery Time = Order Processing Time (3-5 days) + Shipping Time (7-10 days)
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your unique tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier’s website. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.
4. Shipping Areas & Restrictions

Shipping Areas: We currently only ship to addresses within the United States.

Shipping Restrictions: We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. Please provide a valid physical street address for delivery.
5. Taxes & Duties
All orders shipped within the United States are tax-free. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.

Address Accuracy: To ensure timely delivery, please verify that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. coupleclothes is not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Address Changes: If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at contact@coupleclothes.store. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has entered the processing stage.

Damaged or Lost Items: If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date). We will investigate the issue with the carrier. Our standard issue resolution time is 5-7 business days.

Delayed or Out-of-Stock Items: In the rare event that an item is out of stock or your order is unexpectedly delayed, we will notify you promptly via email. We will provide you with options, including waiting for the item to become available or canceling the order for a full refund.

Multiple Item Orders: For orders containing multiple items, we may ship items separately if one item is delayed or on backorder. This is to ensure you receive your available items as quickly as possible, and you will not incur any additional shipping charges for this.
