Refund & Return Policy

At COUPLEMATCHING LLC, we want you to be completely happy with your matching outfits. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we have made the return process simple and transparent. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The request is made within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • The item must be in its original condition: new, unwashed, unworn, and undamaged.

  • The item must have all original tags and packaging attached.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards.

We do not have “final sale” products, so all other items (excluding gift cards) are eligible for return if they meet the conditions above.

How to Start a Return

Step 1: Submit Your Request

Please email our support team at contact@coupleclothes.store with the subject line “Return Request – Order #[YourOrderNumber]”. In the email, please include:

  • Your full name.

  • Your order number.

  • The item(s) you wish to return.

  • The reason for the return.

Step 2: Wait for Authorization

Our team will respond within 12 business hours with detailed instructions and confirmation of your request.

Step 3: Ship the Item(s) Back

Return Shipping Costs:

  • For returns due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.

  • For returns of damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will cover all return shipping costs. Please see the “Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items” section below.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you.

  • Refund Timing: If approved, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days from the date we receive and inspect your returned item.

  • Refund Method: The refund will be issued to your original method of payment (Stripe or PayPal).

  • Original Shipping Costs: Please note, the original shipping costs paid by the customer to receive the order are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged, incorrect, or defective item).

  • Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee on any returned items.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We carefully inspect all items before shipping. However, if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at contact@coupleclothes.store. Please include clear photos of the issue.

We will promptly arrange for a replacement to be sent or issue a full refund, and we will cover all associated return shipping costs for these items.

Exchange Policy

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return your original purchase for a full refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Cancellation Policy

You may request to cancel your order as long as it has not yet been processed and shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow the standard return process after you receive the items.
