Ordering & Payments

1. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) processed securely through Stripe. We also offer PayPal as a payment option at checkout.

2. Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. Our entire website is protected with SSL encryption to keep your data private. Furthermore, we do not store your full credit card details on our servers. All transactions are handled by our PCI-compliant payment partners, Stripe and PayPal, who maintain the highest level of security.

3. When will I be charged for my order?

Your payment method will be charged for the full order amount at the time you complete your purchase at checkout.

4. What currency are your prices in?

All prices and transactions on our website are in U.S. Dollars (USD).

5. I haven’t received my order confirmation email. What should I do?

First, please check your spam or junk mail folder. If you still can’t find it after a few minutes, please contact our support team at contact@coupleclothes.store, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Shipping & Delivery

6. How long will it take to receive my order?

Our total delivery time is a combination of processing and shipping.

  • Order Processing: 3-5 business days.

  • Shipping Time: 7-10 business days. So, you can expect to receive your order within approximately 10 to 15 business days from the time you place it.

7. How much does shipping cost?

We offer a simple flat-rate shipping fee of $9.99 for all orders within the United States.

8. Where do you ship to?

We currently only ship within the United States. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.

9. How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your unique tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website.

10. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If you need to change your address, please contact us immediately at contact@coupleclothes.store. We can only make changes before your order has been processed for shipment. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once it’s in the processing stage.

Returns & Exchanges

11. What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition: new, unwashed, unworn, and with all original tags attached. For full details, please see our Refund & Returns Policy

12. How do I start a return?

Simply send an email to contact@coupleclothes.store with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

13. Who pays for return shipping?

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for “change of mind” returns. If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.

14. How long does it take to get my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.

15. How do I exchange an item for a different size?

The fastest way to get a new size is to return the original item for a full refund and place a new, separate order for the size you need.
